Admin Assistant Katy TX Job Duties:

• Manage daily office tasks such as collections, billing, and filing while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to support financial operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and resolving inquiries
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle reception responsibilities
• Support management with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases for smooth operations
• Assist with preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances
• Process vendor bills, purchase orders, and reconcile accounts
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while protecting sensitive information

Admin Assistant Katy TX Requirements:

• Proven experience in collections, billing, or administrative support
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable answering phones, greeting guests, and handling reception duties
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Team player with the ability to also work independently
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever

Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $45,000+ annually (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
