Medical Director Palliative / Hospice Medicine • El Paso (1009)
The Job
This prestigious group is an industry leader in medical risk management, disease management, chronic care programs and healthcare delivery services.
They currently serve over 400,000 patients in Texas and Florida, directly employ more than 1500 physicians, as well as provide contracted medical management services to many contracted independent practices. Annual revenues last year were over $2 billion.
This exceptional position will oversee Palliative and Hospice service across El Paso and includes supervision of Home and Supportive care for patients unable to easily visit the groups multiple local clinics.
Qualifications
Requirements for this lucrative, leadership position are: Outgoing, charismatic personality and the ability to be the El Paso face of the organization within Hospice and Palliative care. Board Certification in specialty, the ability to manage, mentor and inspire staff provider personnel, knowledge of and experience with Medicare Advantage programs.
Compensation/Benefits
This practice holds an excellent financial package (plus leadership comp added on top of salary) and superb incentives (top 10% within Specialty). Additional Financial incentives for Quality (not quantity) clinical outcomes and performance.
