ROLE IMPACT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage and resolve customer complaints using active listening and solution-oriented approaches
• Maintain a high volume of client interactions with accuracy, courtesy, and follow-through
• Collaborate across departments to facilitate timely updates and issue resolution
• Stay informed on product offerings and customer service procedures to provide accurate assistance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Previous call center experience required
• Skilled in conflict resolution and multitasking under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk – preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Multi-line phone systems
• Email ticketing systems
• Internal knowledge base
