Front Desk Admin

Here at Pure Holistic Dental , we believe what happens orally affects the rest of the body, and vice versa. Our oral health impacts the rest of our body because the mouth, teeth and gums are integrated with our body systems.
Currently, our office is seeking a full-time Front Desk Admin for our practice in Sugar Land, TX. The ideal candidate will possess prior dental experience. This individual will also demonstrate a positive and up-beat attitude with the ability to be trainable and a team-player.
Duties/Responsibilities
Office Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following...
- Meet and greet patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed.
- Conduct morning team huddles.
- Make appointments for new and existing patients by answering calls and emails in a prompt manner.
- Explain dental procedures, treatment times and payment options.
- Gather patient information to include reason for visit, contact information and insurance verification.
- Send appointment details and reminders.
Requirements/Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of admin experience with a focus on dentistry.
- Proficiency in dental insurance (highly preferred)
- Prior customer service experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Experience with Open Dental Software (Preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and think outside the box!
