Preboarding Compliance & Screening Partner
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to federal I-9 requirements, audit standards, and internal compliance frameworks.
- Monitor documentation accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Proactively identify regulatory risks and escalate when necessary.
- Oversee end-to-end screening workflows.
- Escalate reportable findings in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain defensible documentation to support audit readiness.
- Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of I-9 governance and compliance.
- Background screening oversight and adjudication experience.
- Ability to monitor and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
- Strong solutions-oriented mindset with an ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Experience in audit readiness and maintaining defensible documentation.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in I-9 compliance and background screening.
