Location: Westlake, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $16.78/hour
• Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
ROLE IMPACT: As an Escrow Assistant, you’ll support residential real estate transactions by facilitating customer service, preparing documentation, and assisting with escrow closings. This role ensures operational continuity during leave coverage and plays a key role in maintaining a seamless client experience in a high-volume builder escrow department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Open escrow orders and input closing statement data
• Prepare and review transaction documents for accuracy
• Handle full disbursement and post-closing follow-up
• Communicate transaction requirements to clients and stakeholders
• Interpret agreements and ensure documentation compliance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Client-specific operating systems (training provided)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting escrow officers or working in builder escrow
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
