Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician - Military Housing
Job Title: Certified HVAC Technicians (Multiple Roles)
Location: Fort Lee Military Base, VA 23801
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Type: Contract

Open Positions
Type 1 Technicians (3 roles)
- 1–5 years of experience
- EPA Type 1 certification
- Ability to perform PM on HVAC systems and eager to learn
- Service small appliances and handle refrigerants safely
Type 2 Technicians (2 roles)
- 5–10 years of experience
- EPA Type 2 certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills for high-pressure HVAC systems
- Perform installations, repairs, and mentor junior techs
Controls Technicians (3 roles)
- 5–10 years of experience
- EPA certification
- Expertise in BACnet controls, installation, and repair
- 2 roles inside office; 1 role inside/outside for repairs
Requirements for All Roles
- Valid EPA certification (Type 1, Type 2, or Universal as applicable)
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work safely and follow national codes
- MVR required
