Customer Service Rep/ Epicor

Enter and manage customer orders in Epicor with high accuracy. • Serve as the primary customer contact for order status, lead times, and documentation. • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance. • Proactively communicate delays or changes. • Maintain accurate customer and order data.

salary: $22 - $28 per hour
