Facilities Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician

Your Mission
Keep our facility running at peak performance. You’ll investigate equipment concerns, apply safe and effective fixes, and help bring new systems online—all while documenting your work and collaborating with teammates.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine service and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform inspections, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
- Assist with installing and integrating new equipment and systems.
- Record maintenance actions, parts usage, and outcomes accurately.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
- Respond promptly to work orders and urgent situations.
- Comply with safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification preferred.
- Demonstrated maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical disciplines.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule with willingness to support on-call needs.
