Clinic Manager II
JOB STATEMENT
Responsible for the administration of patient care services in a large clinic setting, or two smaller clinics in scope.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Supervise and support clinical staff, fostering team dynamics.
- Train personnel on procedures, compliance, and quality.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and billing to meet budget guidelines.
- Oversee inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and facility safety.
- Implement and maintain Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and emergency readiness.
- Maintain a clean and safe care environment.
- Collaborate with department managers for operational improvements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in healthcare industry & 3+ years in management. Clinical experience preferred.
- Development and facilitation of training programs.
- Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of CLIA, OSHA, NCQA, and Joint Commission regulations/requirements.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Data entry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Abilities:
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to sit for majority of the shift.
- Must be able to bend or stoop.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have good vision (e.g, near acuity and depth perception)
- Other:
- Must be able to work some Saturdays and travel locally.
