Join our Property Management team as a Maintenance technician and start this new adventure!
-The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, appliance care and HVAC maintenance. You must have your own set of tools and reliable transportation. If you’re a dependable, skilled handyman looking for a stable role with a consistent workweek, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule
- Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs
· HVAC/EPA/CPO Certifications are a PLUS
Requirements:
- 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and safety of property grounds.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.
