Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Operating Room (OR) expertise to join the surgical team in Harlingen, Texas . The ideal nurse provides exceptional perioperative care, maintains strict attention to sterile techniques, and collaborates effectively with surgeons and anesthesia staff to ensure patient safety and successful surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, and supplies for each case
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively and assist the surgical team as needed
- Adhere to infection control and hospital safety standards
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system
Requirements
- Current Texas RN License (or Compact License)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications (CNOR preferred)
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
