About the Role
TESIM Electric is hiring an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to be the operating system of our headquarters. You'll run the day-to-day of the office, keep leadership on schedule, and remove every friction that slows the team down.
This is not a task-taker role — this is the person who makes the whole company run better.
What You'll Own
- Calendar, travel, and inbox management for the CEO and leadership team.
- Office operations: vendors, supplies, facilities, tech setup for new hires.
- Coordinating client visits, executive meetings, and industry events.
- Onboarding logistics for new hires (in partnership with HR).
- Executive-level communication with GC and owner counterparts.
- Building the SOPs that keep the office scalable as we grow.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting an executive team or running an office.
- Elite organization; nothing falls through the cracks.
- Discretion, judgment, and comfort with confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred Experience
- Construction, engineering, or professional services background.
- Experience supporting a founder or CEO of a growing company.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Compensation
$26–$38/hr DOE. Top-of-market pay for the person who makes the company run.
