As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator with Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces, you will play a key role in helping children achieve healthy, confident smiles that last a lifetime.

Our ideal candidate brings a strong blend of front office experience and clinical dental assisting knowledge , with orthodontic experience being a plus.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans and financial options to patients and families.
- Strong working knowledge of dental and orthodontic insurance.
- Clinical dental assisting experience; orthodontic background preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, follow direction, and adapt in a team-based environment.
- Dependable, patient-focused, and motivated to grow professionally.
