Porter/Groundskeeper – Property Management

Location: DALLAS, TX 75082

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: $16-$17 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter to join our property management team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the community. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and inviting, this position is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, breezeways, and amenities
• Perform daily groundskeeping, including trash pickup and debris removal
• Assist with dumpster upkeep and monitor trash compactor areas
• Clean and maintain leasing office, restrooms, and community spaces
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and needed repairs
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks as assigned
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and staff

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
