SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Full-Time, All Clinic Hours
- Part-Time, Minimum 2 Days per Week
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call

CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 1-Hour Lunch Break

FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $65 to $75+ per Hour, based on experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an autonomous position in which the new Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) will be the only provider on-site, with an off-site supervising physician and Medical Director accessible via phone. The Medical Director will be on-site for initial training and onboarding.

Each APP is supported by a medical assistant who helps with all patient visits, including charting and documentation.

The APP provides routine, low-acuity medical services, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.

The services of the office include, but are not limited to:

- routine primary care
- annual physicals
- sick visits
- minor injury care
- sports physicals
- employment physicals
- vaccinations
- laboratory partner (off-site)
- pharmacy partner (off-site)

The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.

Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Texas NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1+ year relevant experience preferred
- new graduates considered on an individual basis
- must be comfortable working autonomously
- must be fluent in Spanish
