Pay Rate: $27.00 $36.00/hr on W2
Overview:
The Shape Charge Manufacturing Facility in Rosharon is a fast-paced, high-performance environment focused on efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement. We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal performance of industrial machinery and equipment through installation, routine servicing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering blueprints
-
Install and service production equipment, including motors, conveyors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and robotic systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
-
Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections
-
Use hand/machine tools and fabricate parts as needed
-
Maintain accurate maintenance reports and collaborate with production teams
Qualifications:
-
Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or equivalent experience
-
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
-
Required: Allen-Bradley RSLogix PLC programming

Preferred: Fanuc Robotics and RMCTools/Delta Controllers experience

Familiarity with HMI systems
-
Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, meters, and standard hand/power tools

Ability to pass forklift and overhead crane certification
-
Physically fit and available for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
Additional Requirements:

Must pass ATF background check and drug/alcohol screening
-
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including occasional early/late shifts or shift changes
