Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support Engineering and Procurement planning and scheduling activities for the Corpus Christi Liquefaction Stage 3 Program. The role involves the development, integration, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules across Proposal, FEED, and EPC phases. This position plays a key role in ensuring that project milestones are met by developing detailed, resource-loaded schedules and providing actionable performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and integrate detailed Engineering and Procurement (E&P) activities into the overall project plan.
• Develop and maintain progress tracking systems including:
  • Engineering Progress and Performance Reporting (EPPR).
  • Procurement Valuation System (PVS).
  • Subcontract Valuation System (SCVS).
• Update schedules with input from engineering and procurement teams; recommend duration or logic changes to support the overall project timeline.
• Establish milestones and validate project work activities against them.
• Conduct schedule health checks to ensure logic and completeness of scope and quantities.
• Perform resource loading and leveling; prepare bulk commodity and manpower curves.
• Conduct schedule analyses, productivity studies, and variance reviews.
• Monitor and report on critical path activities and milestone performance.
• Recommend corrective actions or alternatives to improve project timelines.
• Interface regularly with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup disciplines to gather accurate data and resolve schedule-related issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular schedule reports to internal stakeholders and client management.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or international equivalent.
• In lieu of a degree, 9–12 years of relevant project scheduling experience.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in planning and scheduling on EPC projects.
• Proven experience with Engineering and Procurement planning activities.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite .
• Familiarity with project controls tools and progress measurement systems (EPPR, PVS, SCVS).
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction workflows.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into concise reports and schedule forecasts.

Interpersonal & Communication:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex scheduling concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on LNG or large industrial infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of risk analysis tools and earned value management (EVM).
• Familiarity with client-standard planning and scheduling practices (if applicable).
