Mechanical Pipe Superintendent

Starting at $40+/Hour | Full-Time, Year-Round
Lead commercial and industrial welding and piping operations with a respected DFW mechanical contractor since 1968. Oversee advanced piping systems, mechanical infrastructure, and industrial process piping on challenging, design-build projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead welding operations across multiple commercial/industrial projects
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, and project priorities
- Supervise welding crews to meet specs and quality standards
- Review blueprints, weld maps, and piping drawings
- Monitor weld quality and code compliance
- Mentor welders and foremen, supporting workforce development
What You Need
- 10+ years welding experience in commercial/industrial environments
- 5+ years leadership experience as foreman, superintendent, or lead welder
- Current 6G Welding Certification (required)
- Advanced stick and MIG welding proficiency
- Ability to read blueprints, weld maps, and specs
- Valid driver's license, insurable record
