Soldering Technician

TKO StaffPros LLC is looking for a dedicated Soldering Technician to join our team in Arlington. This full-time on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their careers in the Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing industry. As a Soldering Technician you will play a crucial role in the assembly and quality assurance of electronic components.
In this role you will be responsible for performing soldering tasks that ensure the integrity and functionality of our products. You will work closely with a skilled team contributing to projects that meet our high standards for quality and efficiency. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25 along with a supportive work environment that promotes professional development.
Responsibilities
- Perform soldering tasks on electronic components with precision
- Follow detailed work instructions and schematics
- Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Identify and report any defects or issues in components
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the workplace
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and electronic components
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus but not required
