Job Summary

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions under supervision.
• Record treatments and progress in medical records.
• Ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to relieve pain and improve function.
• Monitor patient response and complete required documentation.

Key Requirements

• Licensure: Valid state-issued license
• Qualifications: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• Certifications: BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Experience: 1 year in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Skills: Strong understanding of human anatomy, effective communication
• Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30 days of start
