Packaging & Truck Loader Job Duties:
Prepare and package products according to customer and company standards.
Load and unload trucks safely using manual and power equipment.
Sort, stack, wrap, and label materials for shipment.
Inspect outgoing loads for accuracy and quality.
Assist with pallet building, staging, and order preparation.
Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Use basic hand tools or pallet jacks as required.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Packaging & Truck Loader Requirements:
Previous warehouse, packaging, or loading experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Able to work Day, Night, or Weekend shift consistently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable transportation to Sealy, TX 77474 .
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift duration.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent, drug or theft felonies ever.
Location: Sealy, TX 77474
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour depending on experience
Shifts: Day, Night & Weekend Shifts Available
