Clean Room/Architectural Project Coordinator-Semiconductor
JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator Architecture/Cleanroom
Position Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the construction of projects to ensure completion within approved budgets and schedules, regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements. The Project Coordinator ensures clear and effective communication and coordination between owners, field personnel, design team, maintenance, and outside contractors.
Responsibilities:
Develops and manages various aspects of contract documents including plans, submittals, change orders, as-built, etc.
Maintain and track all field related action items such as minutes of contractor safety meetings, contractors' superintendent's daily reports, punch list activities and verify completion.
Utilize software management tools to maintain all project documentation.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguous working environment. Be able to make educated assumptions or know when to seek facts.
- Construction task planning and tactical coordination supporting site construction activities through schedule milestones.
- Construction completion and providing project documentation.
- Oversee and ensure zero impact to manufacturing through scheduling and communication.
Educate and provide stability for new members of the dynamic tool install or basebuild environment (e.g. PM’s, Factory reps, other CC’s, trade contractors, CM/GC’s, vendors, etc.).
Maintain coordination between all separate contractors onsite so work on those contracts may be conducted smoothly, without interference or delay.
Maintain good relationships with owner/architect/engineer in the regular course of project construction (through communication, resolving project issues, information sharing, etc.).
Coordinate punch list work so as not to interfere with usage of the building or project.
Assist in review of A/E drawings & specifications for constructability, logistics, and quality issues.
Support the installation of tools from the dock into the facility.
Support the installation of architectural activities such as floors, walls, ceilings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous construction project coordination experience in a large-scale industrial and semiconductor settings.
- Must have previous semiconductor construction experience.

- Ability to run complex meetings with multiple attendees, issues minutes promptly and follow up with participants for deliverables.
- Organized, detailed oriented, and poses leadership skills.
- Semiconductor experience required

- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
- Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
