As a Child Care Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will: Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Support enrollment and family engagement by promoting retention, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Lead in-person center tours and participate in local outreach to showcase our programs and grow enrollment. Apply Now If You: Have a minimum of two years of leadership or management experience in a licensed child care center (highly preferred), or at least one year of child care center leadership experience (required). Possess the required state-specific Child Care Director or Administrative credential and meet all applicable state regulations for child care center leadership. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a closely related field (highly preferred). Demonstrate a thorough understanding of child care licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
