Tree Care Scheduler
We are seeking a team player who is eager to build a long-term career in the field of Tree Care with an industry leader. This key role is the liaison and connection between the sales and operations team for all scheduling purposes, including client communications, efficient routing, and working with the team to ensure a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and client-focused. This position is an in-office role and will be based at our beautiful offices at Mockingbird & 35 in Dallas.
Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate work orders, providing necessary support to arborists.
- Manage client communications related to job scheduling via email and phone.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Maintain contracts and work orders as well as ensure accurate scheduling of work in Aspire (project management software).
- Deliver exceptional client experience by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Understand industry standard terms, operations, and procedures for arboriculture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years’ experience with Office 365 with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Friendly and client-focused attitude.
- Experience with Aspire is a plus.

Working Conditions
Standard indoor office environment and exterior environment dealing with all weather and all terrain exposure. Safety equipment includes, but is not limited to hard hats, gloves, earplugs, safety vests, and safety glasses. This position requires the ability to work during inclement weather events.
