Heartland Acoustics & Interiors brings 25+ years of expertise in specialty ceiling and wall systems—ranging from acoustical panels to wood, metal, and demountable architectural ceilings. Headquartered in Colorado and operating across Denver, Austin, San Antonio, Seattle, and Raleigh, we’re known for excellence, innovation, and outstanding craftsmanship. We’re expanding our Austin TX team and looking for skilled Apprentices and Journeymen with carpentry and acoustical ceiling experience.

Available Roles
Apprentice
• Assist in installing wire, grid, and acoustic tiles for suspended ceilings.
• Support field setup, material handling, tool maintenance, and workshop safety.
• Requirements: 18+, valid driver’s license, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions. Journeyman
• All Apprentice duties, plus:
• Install complex ceiling and wall systems—including wood, metal, demountable partitions, and specialty panels.
• Read blueprints and specs, train apprentices, manage documentation, and flex scheduling as needed.
• Requirements: 3+ years in suspended ceiling installation, strong carpentry skills, blueprint literacy.
