Job Description
Design site systems for ecommerce solutions making use of all the features and functions of Oracle Commerce.
Act as the product and domain expert for the clients and internal team members.
Work with internal team members to ensure there are demoable Oracle Commerce sites.
Hands on – Implement core functionalities and /or assist/mentor junior resources on the team in implementing the functions.
Be able to identify components that can be integrated with Oracle EBS 11i and R12.
Research and recommend new technology trends and solutions to help improve overall customer.
Desired Profile
Hands on experience with Oracle Commerce modules – commerce, scenario, pricing, content administration, in the focus on the following:
Qualification: MSCS/MIS
Oracle Commerce expert with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience.
Be able to install Oracle Commerce for demoable sites.
Product and non-product content.
Site, Personalization, Content Targeting, Campaign Optimization,Promotions, Loyalties, Rating etc.
Ability to support multiple languages, brands and operating companies in a Software-as-a-Service model.
Integration w/ EBS modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Inventory etc is a MUST.
Customization of out-of-box Oracle Commerce components is required.
Desired Skills
Hands-on experience with Servlets, JSP, CSS, XML, HTML,AJAX, JavaScript and other web development technologies.
Service oriented architecture (SOA) development using Java, J2EE, Oracle Commerce, WebServices & SOAP skills..
Good knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Oracle iStore with Order Management, Inventory and Pricing is advantageous.
