We are seeking a high-capacity, highly organized operator to work directly with the business owner in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This is not a passive assistant role. We need someone who can create structure, manage moving parts, solve problems, follow through relentlessly, and help drive execution across multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and priorities
- Coordinate projects, deadlines, and follow-up
- Draft emails, documents, and internal communication
- Organize systems, workflows, and operational tasks
- Assist with recruiting coordination and team accountability
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Anticipate needs and remove friction before problems arise
Ideal Candidate
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator with professional presence
- High ownership and follow-through
- Calm under pressure and adaptable
- Tech-comfortable and fast learner
- Self-starter who does not require constant direction
Preferred Experience
- Executive assistant, operations, office management, or project coordination experience
- Experience supporting a business owner or leadership team preferred
