As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance.

Position Highlights
• Established patient panel with immediate volume
• Busy outpatient-only Family Medicine practice
• Collaborative physician-led team
• Modern EMR (eClinicalWorks preferred)
• Diverse patient population
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships
• Focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management
Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• Office Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Physician Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• One-hour lunch
• Call rotation approximately once every four weeks
• Average of 25 patients per day
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Perform physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Manage chronic diseases
• Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
• Educate patients on preventive care
• Coordinate care with specialists
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Texas Medical License (or eligible)
• DEA Registration
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
Preferred:
• Three years of outpatient experience (strong new graduates considered)
• eClinicalWorks experience
• Passion for serving diverse communities
