Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead recruiting initiatives from workforce planning through onboarding support. This role serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping to develop effective sourcing strategies, streamline hiring processes, and secure high-quality talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a variety of corporate, operational, and professional positions.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce planning objectives.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
- Guide hiring managers through selection decisions while ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to deliver a positive and engaging hiring experience.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide insights on hiring trends, pipeline activity, and time-to-fill performance.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance talent attraction.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed on labor market trends and recruiting best practices to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume and professional-level hiring initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate engagement strategies, and interviewing best practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
- Experience recruiting within the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Consumer Products industries is a plus.
