Field Services Supervisor - Permian
- Supervise, mentor, and support field service technicians, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in both technical execution and professional conduct.
- Coordinate and oversee field service activities, including installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper system installation and commissioning.
- Review and approve service reports, maintenance logs, and field documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while on-site.
- Manage team scheduling, time reporting, and expense tracking.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the sales group, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or vocational training preferred.
- 10 years of field service experience in ESP systems.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in remote field locations under varying conditions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
