We are seeking Welders & Fabricators to join our industrial shop team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing precise metal joining and fabrication tasks, often to construct new structures.

Welder Fabricator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Perform fabrication tasks, including cutting, grinding, and shaping metals to form new structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes.
- Perform fiberglass fabrication and repair.
- Ensure all work adheres to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Welder Fabricator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication. 3-5 years of experience is required.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, structural welding)
- Tape measure proficiency is required.
- Adding/subtraction of fractions is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
