The Role

Thurmond Eye Associates is looking for a Patient Support Agent to join our Call Center team. The ideal candidate is someone who can be a part of a team and provide the best eye care by staying:

We are seeking someone with a welcoming personality and an uplifting spirit to serve as the voice of our company when patients and guests call into the clinic.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Treat each patient as an honored guest in the clinic.

• Schedule patient appointments

• Perform secretarial duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures

• Handle each incoming call quickly and courteously with concern for every caller.

• Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly appointment schedules to ensure that potential problems are resolved in advance of the appointment

• Maintaining Medical Records

A full will be provided at the interview and during onboarding.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma

• Bilingual: English; Spanish

• Great Communication Skills

• Organized

• Knowledge of the position (preferred)

While experience is a plus it is not a requirement. We are ready and willing to train an eager, motivated, and driven individual.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour but subject to change based on experience.
