Quality Technician II

Pay: $26/hr + $1/hr shift differential

Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Description:

Perform complex quality assurance activities and drives process improvements. This role requires expert-level quality knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Duties:

• Lead quality audits and advanced testing procedures.
• Develop and implement quality control plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Resolve complex quality issues and customer complaints.
• Mentor QA Technician I and II team members.
• Train and support QA Technician I team members.
• Record and report quality data accurately.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration of tools and equipment.
• Follow quality procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain test data for review.
• Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in electrical panel assembly.
• Intermediate knowledge of voltage systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
