Senior Manager, Professional Services
Who You Are:
You are a business-minded Professional Services leader who operates with a GM mindset, owning attach rate, margin, delivery quality, and expansion impact. You focus on driving measurable outcomes, accelerating time to value, strengthening adoption, and improving retention. You are comfortable partnering with Security and IT stakeholders, bringing technical depth and curiosity to solve complex customer challenges. You build scalable delivery models and translate customer insights into cross-functional improvements that drive long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Senior Manager, Professional Services owns Invicti’s Professional Services function end-to-end, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing technical engagement, expansion support, and partner-led delivery. This leader works closely with Security and IT teams, develops deep expertise in our products, and brings strong curiosity to understand customer environments, challenges, and goals.
This is a revenue-impacting leadership role, not simply a delivery function. The Senior Manager is responsible for scaling Professional Services into a predictable, high-margin growth driver by improving implementation quality, increasing expansion opportunities, strengthening retention, and building a scalable operating model. In addition, this leader will translate frontline customer insights into actionable feedback for Product, Sales, and Customer teams, helping improve the overall customer experience and long-term value at scale.
- Improves customer outcomes and time-to-value
- Drives materially higher GDR and NDR
- Enables expansion through deeper technical adoption
- Scales profitably via partners, not just internal headcount
- This leader is accountable for outcomes, not activity

- Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to align on revenue growth and customer outcomes
- Serve as the internal voice of technical impact and customer insights
