The Role:

The Minibar Attendant is responsible of ensuring that our guests enjoy a well-stocked and impeccably maintained minibar experience. This role is essential in upholding our hotel’s commitment to luxury, comfort, and seamless guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

• Accurately record minibar consumption and charge guests accordingly.

• Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly labeled, and within expiration dates.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas.

• Report any maintenance or operational issues in guest rooms.

• Provide courteous and discreet service, respecting guests’ privacy.

Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
