Yardi Technical Support Professional - Property Management - Base Salary to 100k/year - Dallas, TX

• Our client, a growing property management organization, is seeking an experienced Yardi Technical Support Professional to support their corporate operations team in Dallas, TX.
• This onsite role will focus on Yardi administration, reporting, data management, workflow automation, systems support, and internal technical troubleshooting across property management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Yardi environments, building reports and dashboards, working with SQL databases, and leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Yardi and related property management systems
• Create, schedule, maintain, and troubleshoot operational and financial reports
• Assist with Power BI dashboard development, reporting automation, and data visualization
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems and databases
• Support internal teams with system troubleshooting, reporting requests, and process improvements
• Assist with implementation and support of new technologies, workflows, and automation initiatives
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and large language model platforms to improve operational workflows and reporting efficiency
• Manage and maintain integrations between third-party vendors and property management software platforms
• Support data migration, system upgrades, platform transitions, and implementation projects
• Work with SQL queries, data extraction, and backend system support functions
• Maintain data integrity and assist with system documentation and process standardization

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Yardi property management software environments
• Knowledge of SQL and database reporting
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard creation
• Experience with AI-assisted workflow tools, automation platforms, or AI agent creation
• Experience using LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in a professional environment
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Experience supporting backend business systems, reporting functions, or software integrations
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 90k – 100k/year range
