Marketing Support Manager - Recruitment Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support recruiting initiatives, with a focus on early career talent.
- Design, plan, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that promote the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.
- Leverage digital channels—including social media, career websites, and job boards—to engage with prospective candidates.
- Partner with recruiting, HR, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with talent acquisition goals.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, content, and collateral for career fairs, campus events, and experiential activations.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in employer branding, digital recruiting, and campus engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including universities, career centers, and event vendors.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing; prior recruiting marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and recruitment advertising.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing events, activations, or campus engagement programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
