Pest Control Service Manager

Versacor is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee the performance of our team of Service Specialists and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a leader in the pest prevention industry, we pride ourselves on maintaining high ethical standards and emphasizing safety in all aspects of our service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating services, managing route lists, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the service performance of assigned Service Specialists and manage customer care.
  • Ensure high ethical standards in interactions with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Emphasize safety in all aspects of pest service delivery.
  • Coordinate initial service for new clients and assign them to Service Specialists’ route lists.
  • Manage route lists to balance workload and ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Monitor ESR log daily and follow-up personally when required.
  • Communicate daily with branch administration personnel and Branch Manager to determine extra service requests or other operational needs.
  • Train newly hired Service Specialists and ensure they become state licensed.
  • Manage service expenses of the branch and job and equipment sales of the service team to achieve budget.
  • Ensure all scheduled services are completed each month and maintain an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain service vehicle and all service equipment in an exceptional manner.
  • Manage an assigned client portfolio to measure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
  • At least two years of work experience in the pest prevention industry or two years of supervisory experience in a service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
