Operations Support Coordinator
- Communicate with Operations team to ensure pick sheets are accurate
- Complete inventory allocation transactions in XD system while reviewing equipment testing, inspections and creating shippers and Testing Files.
- Institute best practices as they relate to shop operational management.
- Coordinate with Plant Management to improve inventory, testing and inspection processes
- Validate equipment transfers from warehouse while team is unloading
- Report scrap loads leaving the facility - Check against CO inventory
- Recognize and suggest improvements to eliminate errors throughout operations
- Ability to learn testing criteria, create and process using testing information
- Create equipment move sheets.
- Assist operations leadership in process audits and improvement
- Ability to adjust work schedule and/or work overtime.
- Assist leadership in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S)
- Working hands-on with equipment and testing machines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google sheets
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work as a Team
- Strong aptitude to learn new systems and system functions
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Strong team communication
