Compensation & Schedule

• $16.00 per hour

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts

• Monday–Friday; typical schedule 7:00am–3:30pm (30-minute lunch). Alternate schedule of 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch) may be available

• Temporary with potential to convert to permanent (temp-to-perm)

• W2 employment

ROLE IMPACT

The Quality Clerk supports the Quality Department by maintaining accurate, organized, and accessible quality records. This role ensures critical documentation is properly scanned, stored, and distributed to support manufacturing quality standards and customer requirements. Success is defined by accuracy, organization, and consistent adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Copy, scan, and digitally file quality data books

• Bookmark and organize scanned files for easy retrieval

• Upload scanned data books to a secure network drive

• Burn CDs containing data books as required

• Assemble product binders for customer distribution

• Purchase departmental supplies and maintain inventory

• Stock copiers and printers daily with paper

• Keep the QC Library and copier rooms clean and organized

• Assist department personnel with general clerical tasks

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous clerical or administrative experience

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and file management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or quality environment

• Ability to follow detailed, documented procedures

• Strong attention to detail and organization

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, and/or stooping
