Solution Architect - SuccessFactors

IDR is seeking a Solution Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on Human Capital Management and Talent Management IT applications within a dynamic organization. The company operates in the technology and Human Resources solutions industry, striving to deliver innovative HR solutions to its clients.

Position Overview for the Solution Architect:

• Deliver business solution requirements related to Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Recruitment IT applications
• Collaborate closely with business partners to support daily operational needs
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support IT solutions across various modules of SAP SuccessFactors
• Work with technology vendors and managed service partners, both on-site and offshore, to ensure high-quality solution delivery
• Support the integration and development of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Learning, Performance Management, Recruitment, Compensation, and Employee Central

Requirements for the Solution Architect:

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including integration and development experience across multiple modules
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Learning, Performance Management/Goal Management, Recruitment, Compensation, and Employee Central
• Experience working with technology vendors and managed service partners
• Ability to deliver high-quality IT solutions in a fast-paced environment
