Job Summary:

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with senior management to set marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets.

Campaign / Initiative Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional media.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Event Planning such as trade shows, lunch and learns.

Creating videos for recruiting, training, sales and marketing.

Offsite photo shoots of work.

Designing and implementing all vehicle wraps.

Design and purchase signage as needed.

Purchasing and inventory of all promo products.

Brand Management:

Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.

Drive brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Digital Marketing:

Lead and maintain the company’s digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Website maintenance and updating for all websites.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Monitor marketing expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budget.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Culture:

Be an historian for the company by documenting everything with photos and video.

Assist with company events, parties and meetings.

Onboarding assistance for new employees.

Requirements -

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, art, graphic design, IT, or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, and Photoshop), and social media applications

Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.

High level of creativity.

Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.

Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Have a “Get it done” attitude.

Team player willing to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.

Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.

Multitasker that is willing and able to wear many hats.
