Accounts Payable Specialist
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
- Code invoices and ensure proper expense allocation.
- Process freight invoices, debit memos, credit memos, and RMAs.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies while communicating with internal departments and vendors.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and assist with account maintenance.
- Support month-end Accounts Payable activities and assist with accounting projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure timely invoice processing.
- 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience performing three-way matching.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred (or currently pursuing a degree with accounting coursework).
- ERP experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
