Wheel Loader Operator (Part time)

Our commitment to delivering high-quality products is reflected in our dedicated team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Wheel Loader Operator to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pre-operational assessments of heavy equipment, including checking fluid levels, lubrication, cleaning, and fueling.
- Operate heavy equipment to support mulching and screening processes.
- Load customer vehicles, including personal trucks/trailers, dump trucks, and end dumps.
- Report any identified issues promptly to maintenance personnel and management.
- Participate in ongoing minor maintenance and visual evaluations of the facility and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in operating front-end loaders.
- Experience in performing preventative maintenance on machinery and completing daily checklists.
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, with occasional standing or walking during the workday.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are preferred.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $17-$22 per hour .
