Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing programs to promote surgical spine products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the surgical device industry.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across product lines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all marketing initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Desired Experience
- 3-7Â years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with branding and promotional strategies.
