Supply & Contracts Advisor (Contract Execution - Renewables)
- Support Procurement Leads in the execution and administration of supply agreements for critical electrical equipment and services, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery schedules
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing contract performance, commercial matters, deliverables, and issue resolution throughout the contract lifecycle
- Coordinate contract amendments, schedule updates, technical documentation changes, and evolving project requirements during multi-year contract execution periods
- Monitor contractual obligations, project milestones, supplier commitments, and associated risks to support successful project delivery and business continuity
- Lead supplier performance management activities, including business reviews, corrective action plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and relationship development with key suppliers
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, Legal, and Operational teams to ensure contract compliance, stakeholder alignment, and effective execution of contractual requirements
- Utilize SAP, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and other digital solutions to manage purchase orders, maintain procurement and contract records, improve reporting visibility, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to ENGIE procurement policies, governance standards, compliance requirements, and the ENGIE Ethics Charter
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees, professional certifications, or equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcomed
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in contract management, procurement, supply chain, commercial management, project sourcing, or a related discipline supporting large capital projects within renewable energy, power generation, utilities, infrastructure, EPC, or similar industries
- Experience managing post-award contract execution, supplier performance, and commercial relationships for long-lead equipment, complex supply agreements, or multi-year project delivery programs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with suppliers, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage contractual commitments, resolve issues, and support project objectives
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract lifecycle management, contract administration, supplier relationship management, commercial terms, procurement best practices, and project delivery within capital project environments
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, operational, and schedule-related risks while balancing project requirements, supplier commitments, and business priorities
- Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, procurement and contract management systems, and digital tools used to improve contract visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency, including emerging AI-enabled solution
- Effective communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- This role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy and is not eligible for fully remote working
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time with the need for some overnight trips
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
