Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $19-$20
Benefits: This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, insurance, and 401(K).
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-line phone system- routing calls appropriately.
- Opening, scanning and distributing physical mail to appropriate department.
- Processing payments, documenting receipt, and sending to carrier.
- Managing incoming emails and ensuring all items are directed appropriately.
- Maintaining an organized and clean office environment-conference room, supply closets, coffee/snack areas.
- Special event set up/clean up, food ordering and invite management.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint.
- Type at 40 WPM or More.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in an administrative position supporting multiple departments
