Call Center – Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location Fort Worth, TX | Remote-US (Must Reside in Tarrant County)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $15/hr
• Monday–Friday, 12:30pm to 9pm CST (Training 12:30PM to 5:30PM CST)
• W2, Full-Time

ROLE IMPACT
This remote call center role supports large-scale outreach efforts by handling high-volume outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy. Success is defined by your ability to follow scripts, document responses precisely, and deliver service in both English and Spanish. Your contribution directly supports business intelligence and customer retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls in English and Spanish using approved scripts
• Accurately record and code responses in internal systems
• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain and update accurate customer records
• Adapt to workflow and call volume changes while meeting quality standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of call center experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum 35 WPM typing speed

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Call center platforms (auto-dialers, CRM)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Stable home internet (speed test required)

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with outbound scripted calling
• Familiarity with response coding or survey tools
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
