Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service-oriented Chef Table Attendant to join our Luxury Premium Clubs team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience by greeting guests, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a clean environment by assisting servers with various dining room activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all dining spaces are cleaned and sanitized by removing used glassware and returning it to the bar, restocking and inventory management, when applicable.
• Support servers in preparing the dining area and table sets, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages and bussing tables. Working with colleagues, including kitchen staff and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Following health and safety regulations, and ensuring proper presentation, and quality standards.
• Communicating with guests, includes responding to customer requests and complaints to assure Service Excellence. Answering questions, making recommendations, and accommodating special requests.
• Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment. Provide feedback to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
